Belated Post: Travelled San Francisco - FAV Photo I Missed

This is a favourite photo of myself I forgot to post. Because I loved it so much, I thought I would save it to post at the end but totally missed it. Not too late. This photo was taken by Quy.

Belated Post: Travelled San Francisco (Part VII - End) - Road Trip

These are the last of my favourite San Francisco travel pictures. After a few days of looking through the photos, I do feel like going back there. Especially to those quaint little towns. And if you do go to San Francisco, do take a road trip. The roads are pretty easy to drive. Just stay safe and stick by the rules.

Going up the mountains we saw from St. Helena

From someone's backyard up in the mountain

Yeah! We finally made it down and we stopped by the outlet malls for last minute shopping before the shops closed. We were very late! I think it was one-hour to closing.

I think I left the next day, if I remember correctly. What a trip. It was awesome. :)

Belated Post: Travelled San Francisco (Part VI) - Road Trip

We came to a small charming town called St. Helena. It was quaint and laid back. Simply loved this place. It was also near medows and mountains. Such a lovely town.

What a pretty phoenix.

We stopped by a Mexican restarant.

And I loved the architecture of the bank.

The road trip began but it was gloomy all the way.

And then we reached Domaine Chandon. The rain stopped and the weather cleared.

Ready for the next vineyard

But the first thing that caught my eye was a red "nice" car.

Wine glass wearing crocs?

"Cheese Market" - My goodness... What a wide selection.

Belated Post: Travelled San Francisco (Part IV) - Road Trip

Quy, Mathieu and I decided to embark on a road trip out of the city. We rented a car and drove on a disappointing foggy, chilly and rainy morning, praying that the weather would turn better for us. Fortunately, as the day goes by, the weather became better and we could continue our wine-tasting road trip at Napa Valley.

We also stopped by small towns for meals and sight-seeing. Being adventurous, we also drove up a mountain and drove back down before it became very dark. It was really scary because the roads were really narrow and we were not quite experienced. Kudos to Mathieu - who was pretty skillful despite lack of driving experiences. He got us all safely back to the city and we were exhausted but contented.

Some favourite selections. More to come in next posts.

The GPS was our best friend. Just starting off! Excited!

Remember I said I loved Sausalito? We came back after paying a short visit to the Golden Gate Bridge. For a start, we were starving. So, we went to the Lighthouse Coffee Shop.

Acupunture for animals???

It was a really charming small town.
